Sarah George

Sarah has over a decade of welfare to work experience working on Government Employment programmes such as New Deal for Disabled People, Employment Zones, Flexible New Deal and the Work Programme.

Starting out as an employment advisor, Sarah skills and abilities have seen her rise to the top of her field as the Operations Director for Sarina Russo Job Access. Sarah specialises in operational delivery, contract management and most importantly client services.

Sarah is absolutely passionate and committed to the delivery of exceptional service to our customers and employers and is constantly implementing new and fresh initiatives to ensure the company's growth in the United Kingdom through exceptional service delivery.


Philip Dack - Business Development Director

Philip Dack

Since 2009, Phil has been a key part of the team that has established Sarina Russo Job Access as a major welfare to work provider in the UK.

Phil has been working in welfare to work since the launch of the New Deal programme in 1997 and has been at the heart of programme and policy development with some of the world's leading private providers of employment and training. His experience includes business process design, the implementation of quality and audit controls, the development of delivery models for a wide range of welfare to work programmes and leading bid teams for major publicly-funded tender opportunities.

Phil is committed to delivering programmes through expert partners wherever this enhances value for both public funders and service users. In Sarina Russo Job Access, he is pleased to be working for an organisation that shares this commitment to appropriate partnerships, based not on ideology but on quality, performance and a determination to find sustainable solutions for individuals and communities.


Lorette Smit – Head of Finance & IT


As Head of Finance & IT, Lorette’s focus is to oversee Information Technology, Finance and Management Information.

Before joining Sarina Russo Job Access, Lorette worked as an accountant for a large welfare to work organisation and thereafter moving into an operations focussed role in a contract management company as a Quality Manager.

Specialising in a number of roles within Corporate Services, has given Lorette the edge to not only understand Welfare to Work and SFA delivery but also the efficiencies and excellent customer service required to support operations.
