Working partnerships hold key to ‘How to Get that Job’

A How to Get that Job strategy encourages employment and community organisations to partner with Sarina Russo Job Access' as part of the Government's new The Work Programme initiative.

Mr Berlese said Sarina Russo Job Access' integrated business approach gives partners access to the expertise of 31 years experience in education, training, specialist services and premium recruitment.

"Currently we successfully operate on a local, community based level in the West Midlands under Flexible New Deal Phase 1 where we have helped more than 500 customers to find work since October 2009.

With our partners more than 4,000 Community Task Force work placements have been delivered across London, the South East and the West Midlands since February 2010.

Sarina Russo Job Access has applied to the Department of Work and Pensions to be a supplier of The Work Programme across five regions - East Midlands, East of England, London, South East and West Midlands.
