No show ‘breaks leg’ at Belgrade Theatre

Furat was so de-motivated he didn't show up for his first work placement under the Community Taskforce program.

So bad was Furat's attitude that he was actually exited from the programme.

That all changed when Sarina Russo Job Access advisor Nadine Fowler sat down with Furat and set him some short term goals and encouraged him to undertake a work placement in the kitchen at the Belgrade Theatre.

Furat started his placement at the Belgrade Theatre as a Trainee Chef and his progress has been nothing short of inspirational.

So impressed has the Belgrade Theatre been with Furat's dedication and hard work they immediately offered him a full-time job and a nationally recognised traineeship when they heard another employer wanted to give him a job.
