Ben's New Drug of Choice - Enthusiasm

A drug user with an extensive criminal record has turned his life around with his enthusiasm.

Before coming to Sarina Russo Job Access Nuneaton, Ben thought his past would forever hold him back from getting a job.

Ben was very open and honest with his advisor and they both worked very hard to make him job-ready by dealing with his non-vocational barriers to work.

Thomas said Ben was extremely motivated to find an job and his enthusiasm rubbed off on many of our other jobseekers.

"We got Ben an interview with BHS Warehouse through Premier People and they absolutely loved his attitude to life from the outset.

Ben started work and when he came back to our office he shared his experiences with five other jobseekers who also wanted to work at BHS Warehouse - all five got a job.
